1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and nr999 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing all use of the nr999 website located at nr999.pro and any associated mobile applications, gaming software, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on nr999. Operating multiple accounts — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods belonging to the same individual — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, valid Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and email address. nr999 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — to verify your identity at any time.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your nr999 username and password.
• All activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Ensuring that no minor or ineligible person gains access to your nr999 account or funds.
• Notifying nr999 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting [email protected].

nr999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the account security obligations set out in this section.

4 Deposits & Payments

nr999 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed at the time of transaction in the cashier section of your account.

All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. nr999 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which nr999 bears no responsibility.

By depositing funds, you confirm that:

• The payment method belongs to you and is registered in your own name.
• The funds being deposited are not derived from criminal activity or money laundering.
• You have not charged back or disputed any previous nr999 transactions with your bank or payment provider.

nr999 reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms. Deposits to nr999 are for gaming purposes only and must not be used to exploit currency exchange rates or payment system arbitrage.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on nr999 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where that method does not support outgoing transfers, in which case the Player must nominate an approved alternative. nr999 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the cashier, subject to identity verification being complete and no pending investigations on the account.

nr999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks — including requesting proof of identity, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation — before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 calendar days may result in forfeiture of the withdrawal request.

Withdrawals will not be processed if:

• The account has not met the wagering requirements attached to any active bonus funds.
• The account is under review for suspected fraudulent activity or terms violation.
• The Player has an outstanding chargeback dispute with a payment provider.
• The requested amount falls below the minimum withdrawal threshold displayed in the cashier section.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

nr999 offers various promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, PSL cricket cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms.

General bonus conditions that apply unless otherwise stated:

• One Bonus Per Player: Only one welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, or payment method is permitted. Attempting to claim multiple welcome offers constitutes bonus abuse.
• Expiry: Unclaimed or unused bonuses expire as stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the player's account without compensation.

nr999 sports betting markets, including PSL cricket betting, international cricket fixtures, and UFC/football markets, are governed by the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market type, which are published in the sports betting section of the Platform. Key provisions include:

• Bets placed on cancelled or suspended events are voided and stakes are returned.
• In-play bets accepted after the market closes are voided regardless of outcome.
• Obvious pricing errors on any betting market may be voided by nr999 at its discretion, with stakes returned to the player's account.
• Maximum winnings per bet, per event, and per day are subject to limits displayed in the sports betting section and may vary by market.

8 Fair Play & Fraud Prevention

nr999 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all registered players. The following activities are expressly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to law enforcement authorities:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other means to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Collusion between players in poker, live dealer, or any other multi-player format.
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate artificial winnings. Players who discover such errors are required to report them to nr999 immediately.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use nr999 as a mechanism to process funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Chargebacks filed with a payment provider without first contacting nr999 support to resolve the dispute.
• Any form of identity fraud, including opening accounts in another person's name.

Players whose accounts are under investigation may have their withdrawal and deposit privileges temporarily suspended pending the outcome of the review.

12 Limitation of Liability

• Loss of profits, data, revenue, or business opportunities.

• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

nr999's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Account Termination

nr999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Any breach of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from regulatory authorities, law enforcement, or payment processors.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months. Dormant account fees may apply as disclosed in the Platform's cashier section.

Upon voluntary closure, any withdrawable balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe, subject to all verification checks being satisfied.

14 Disputes & Governing Law
